Is there a flex tool?

I'm trying to make a turbojet fan part and to get the blade to look correct, I need to twist it to give the blade its shape. Is there a tool where I can flex the part to do this or is there an easier way to make a cad part that twist?

    There is not. Loft would be the correct tool to use in this case (fan blades are of course analytical in nature).
