My students are trying to create their accounts. I have already added them to the enterprise as users. When they click forgot password so that they can reset their accounts it give them an error message that says that the invitation is expired sign up again. What are we doing wrong?

I'm sorry your students are having trouble setting up accounts. I have gone ahead and created a support ticket for you and someone from our team will be reaching out to you soon.
