BUG Interference Detection doesn't update when rollback bar is moved

If you have interference detection on, and you move the rollback bar - the interference detection will not update it's collisions (or lack thereof) it is displaying. This will even result in displaying interferences between parts that don't even exist at the specified point in the timeline.
