Importing an Image.

I've looked at other posts, I couldn't find anything helpful for me.
Im trying to import a photo and can't, I made a sketch, pressed import image, but the actual file import isn't there. 
Can I get some help?

    Did you import the image first, either separately or by clicking the import button at the bottom of the insert an image dialog?

    i have also had this problem and the import button is not there or is covered at the bottom
