How to get the shortest path between 2 edges

By measurement, I can get the distance between 2 edges.
But I cant get the path as a 3D line currently.
Is there any exsiting FS to do this? (or any approach I didn't notice yet to creat the line?)

There is not, but I made one for you - it's very basic, but take a look at the code and you'll see how easy FeatureScript can be.
