From Enterprise to Education license

My university decided, after trying it for one year, not to renew the Enterprise license, for which I am the admin. 

I thought I could easily continue using my Education license of Onshape. Just today I have received an email letting me know my subscription is about to expire with a button to renew it if I still apply (which I do). But when I press the button my profile shows the following message:

So what it transpires is my account is tied somehow to Enterprise and I am not allowed to renew the Education license.

Any help is appreciated.

However, when I follow their answer I get:

On closer inspection, I realize the culprit was my own fault: a dummy student account was to renew and not mine, so that explains the apparent mismatch.
