PP_ThreadCreator is unavailable?

Hi!
I wrote PP_ThreadCreator in "Add Custom features" -> "Other Documentes" and Search, and no results were found for Features. 
That feature is unavailable?

I saw when you post and on another site but only was look at the PDF file. I did not see the link has other windows. 

At this moment I can add the feature from the examples workplace of this link, exactly in "[+] Custom features". That option is next to a button blue "Make to a copy to edit" on the windows of the PDF file or other windows.
