Derive Assembly Instances into Part Studio

When designing weldments, I always make the weldment an assembly.  This way, when I create a drawing, I can have the BOM for the weldment show up on the drawing.  When using my weldment in a higher level assembly, I would prefer my weldment to show as one part.  I may also want to add fillets or chamfers for a visual representation of the welds.  If I do this now, I have to be careful that the assembly weldment and the part weldment are in agreement.  If I could derive the parts in the weldment assembly into a part studio, I could boolean them, ensuring consistent geometry.

@Kyler_Walker We are going to build a native weldment functionality into Onshape which will negate this need.
