Why doesn't my hole callout display hole depth on a custom hole?

I have created a simple, blind, custom hole using the hole feature for my part.  When dimensioning the hole with the hole callout on a drawing, it does not display the hole depth after the diameter.  I tried changing the start point with the "Start from Sketch Plane" option and with it selected or not, the hole depth still doesn't appear.  Is there a way to fix this or is this functionality not built into OnShape?

I tried this myself, and was not able to recreate the issue.

For me, using a custom hole, it showed the depth after the diameter just as in your second Image... I would make sure you are using the hole callout and not the dimension tool in your drawing.
