How to align a plane of a 3d fit spline

Hello, I am working on creating a 4-D tesseract configuration. Since it has lines that go across different planes, I used the 3-D fit spline tool. But now I'm trying to make an extrusion that goes along those lines. Nut I am unable to angle a plane to line up with it.
Here is my project:

You may want to simplify things and create the lines with sketches on angled planes. There are a lot of different ways to solve this problem.
