Allow guests to edit a feature

We have designs that we would like to share with engineers who may be interested in building water treatment plants for communities. Our designs are created by features that have inputs such as flow rate and other parameters. We would like the engineers to be able to change the input parameters and see the resulting designs. We also have custom tables that we'd like the engineers to be able to browse.

My initial thought was that we could provide the share link, but that doesn't allow editing the inputs to the feature and doesn't show the custom tables.
Are there any elegant solutions to allow guests to edit the design inputs that don't require having an Onshape account and making a copy of the part studio?

If you use configuration variables then a shared user can change the values. If you want custom tables they'll need a free account which takes less than a minute to set up.

@monroe_weber_shirk you could set up configurations and then users can be shared into a view only version of the document that will still be able to have inputs that will change the model. They could either be shared in as free, view only users who can't edit or in a link share of the document itself. https://cad.onshape.com/help/Content/configurations.htm?Highlight=configurations
