    How big is the file?

    file size is 7.13MB
I use userdefine resolution: arc tolerance (mm) is 0.001 due to precision arc printing.

Users can work, but not export? I'm not kidding, I'm really angry. There is no problem with the Internet in my house, and it can be downloaded well from other sites. Sometimes it's only available at certain times, but I'll try it a few times today, but it doesn't even seem to be downloaded at all.

Export is working. Do you have any ad blockers? Try another browser or device first.

Post the URL to your doc.

    1. The errors you see in the console are not related to this problem.
    2. What, specifically, are you trying to export, and from what part studio? I am able to open the part studio and export all 6 parts in ~5 seconds with arc chordal tolerance set to .001, all others are default values, and file type STL. The file produced is a .zip (more than one stl) that is 192KB (see attached if the forums allow it).
    3. You can provide more detail here but would recommend you open a support ticket.

Was unable to Export when selecting (click+drag) the object withing a parts studio and rightlick for export.

When rightclick on the tab of the parts studio exporting worked for me.

Try exporting from the part studio tab (right click on part studio tab -> export) this solved it for me

It worked in Chrome. As an experiment, there's an option (under "Optionen") to store the file in a new tab. Does that work? Can you download it from there?

If it keeps not working, I'd recommend opening a support ticket.

I'm having the same issue today, 3/8/2024. I use OnShape often and export/download worked earlier this week, but today is not functioning. No download begins. Simply nothing. No error messages, just as though OnShape thinks it did right but nothing further happens. File size is not the issue -- my file is very small and simple, a simple 25mm bushing. Tested on two computers with two different users, same thing for both. This is very frustrating since we use OnShape for 200 engineering students and they need to be able to export their work for 3D printing by Monday. Any solutions?

8-7-2024 Same issue here.  Part I've been exporting repeatedly for days, suddenly no download shows up.  Pretty frustrating.
