Student can't access all courses.

I have a student that can't access some of the courses, like "Top-Down Design". When she tries to access the course, it prompts her to sign in. When she clicks the sign-in button, it just refreshes the page. None of my other students are having this issue. Any ideas on a fix?

Does she have an EDU or a free account? EDU accounts can access more than free accounts in Learning Center. I would check to be sure she is using an EDU account and if she isn't you can have her change her free account to one: https://www.onshape.com/en/education/
