What is the view setting to show the mesh lines from imported STL?

The STL imported can only be seen as shaded.
When view is set to Hidden Edges Visible, only silhouette edge is shown.

    That doesn't sound right - can you share the URL?

    @NeilCooke Thanks for answering my DM. Answer: that any mesh above 256MB will have its mesh edges removed for performance reasons.
    Further query: Can OS be improved (and performance be maintained) by making it so that mesh lines only show up when zoomed in enough?
