Is there any way to regenerate Imported File which I accidently deleted?

After designing bunch of parts, was too tired, hurriedly close the STEP file import tab which was linked with the part studio I was working on. Now I have lost all the parts I designed for 9hours!
Is there any way to regenerate the imported file? I tried a lot but couldn't! Suggestion PLEASE!!! I'm dying with OR I JUST HAVE TO REDO THE WHOLE THING?!

    Go to Versions and History (icon top left) and restore to before the delete action.
