Why can I not login to my associates exam with same email and password as my onshape login?

I have purchased a Certified Onshape associates exam and when I go to take the exam it says my login credentials are wrong. Is there another set of login that I should know?

You should sign into the Learning Center using your same user name and password as your Onshape account. From there you can access the Associate exam you purchased and click Begin Exam. Please create a support ticket if you are still have trouble, so we can directly help you.
