Inferencing is not working on mobile browsers... I cannot use onshape... And am being ignored.

I submitted a support ticket and got totally ignored. That's disappointing. Inferencing is NOT working.
I haven't used onshape in a few months. I now have a need to use it and literally cannot. YOUR SOFTWARE IS BROKEN.
I am using Samsung mobile devices. My browser is set to desktop mode. I have never used the app, not interested. Everything was working fine before... Now it's not. Nothing has changed on my end that I know of.
The inferencing is totally and completely erratic to the point where a line will begin far away from where I clicked the mouse. When I try to draw my shapes jump around all over the whole sketch. For example it will snap to something that's way on the other side of the screen from where I'm working.
I'm pretty sure it's my browser for some reason. Because in the Samsung internet browser it's TOTALLY broken. On chrome it actually works pretty well except nothing highlights orange. Which also makes me abandon the whole damn project and the software.
So! Who's got an answer?? What's going on? The only thing I can think of that changed is we switched to fiber optic. So I guess my internet is TOO FAST for onshape. Honestly this seems so amateur. I praised onshape so much when I first started learning it. Now... Ugh. How does something like this get overlooked??
