Broken document?

Hi!
I am trying to open this document: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/9f76ed52415ba42144102ea3/w/745246a96f63473fe4aea34f/e/034743098df43a46ef3bf898?configuration=default&renderMode=0&uiState=63838cacfdd77b21d4c6c692 to edit (it's fine when viewing logged out).
When trying to open it, it just says it is not connected - "Onshape is not connected. Your document is saved. Refresh the browser to continue working on this document. "
I am unable to copy the document either - "An error occurred attempting to copy this document. Service unavailable. Please try later." I am also unable to restore to a previous version. This seems like a similar issue to: https://forum.onshape.com/discussion/15829/document-broken
Has anyone seen something similar before and have a solution? Thanks!

Could be your machine or network connection.
I know it is not my machine/network as I am able to open and edit other documents created by me. Thanks!
