How do you change the watermark on drawings for release managment?

Currently via the custom drawing templates and release management I have the watermarks show up
but I would like to change them from the Onshape built in ones to other ones for our process.
example
"In progress" -> " Draft"
as a bonus if there is a way to change the size/font of the watermark let me know as it would be nice for it to hit across the entire drawing and not just a tiny portion
