How to align circles on a rectangle?

I have a rectangle with 5 circles in it, I want all 5 of them to be in a straight line (the center of the 5 circles should align horizontally). How do I achieve this?

    I'd use construction lines.

Construction lines help in many ways:
    1. to keep them horizontal
    2. to let the next guy know what you're up to

You'll need more to fully constrain this sketch.

Underrated reason to not just use horizontal constraints, though either would work.
