Search public/shared documents using simple keywords?

How doe ones each through the Public files/documents using simple search criteria, such as "car" or "rocket" for example? Surely this capability exists.

    My search bar only says "Search in Glen Hawksworth" I can't find an option for searching public models.

    Click on the Public filter on the left first.
