Issue with applying Circular Pattern (Remove) of a Sweep Remove

I keep getting the issue below, when I try to apply a Circular Pattern remove to a Sweep remove. I'm trying to duplicate a simple thread cut into a cylinder. I was able to successfully apply a Circular pattern to a Sweep with an Add, but when it requires a move there seems to be a Merge Issue. Screen shot of issue below.

    Try changing from Part pattern to Feature pattern (and may also require "Apply per instance").
