help Onshape is not connected. Your document is saved

i made a change to a sketch onshape froze then it said this Onshape is not connected. Your document is saved. Refresh the browser to continue working on this document. every time I refresh it says the same and I cant get to the versions and history tab without it freezing iv been working on the I model for multiple days please help
