Can't create variable...

I don't think I'm missing any of the required input but no matter what I do, the check box to create the variable will not light up for me to finish it. All the red ones in the 2nd pic are the same way. Am I missing something or is it a bug? Thanks!

    Spaces are not allowed in the variable name - try using underscore or PascalCase
