How to remove all of the constraint points as shown. Don't know how i did that.

    This happens when you select 'show all'. As Neil mentioned, hide by pressing J (show/hide mates) and then K (show/hide connectors) on keyboard.
    Use 'show all instances' instead to show all parts.
