Can't import CAD files

Attempting to import a CAD file from mfg's website. Lots of options to choose from. Tried most all of them and get the same error... "MX12-B8M05P0.zip was not translated. Translation is not supported for STEP (.stp) files." Insert appropriate file type... tried IGES, two different versions of STP, sldwrks
Is it something up with the way the mfg is generating the files or am I missing something on my end.

Unpack the zip file first then upload the contents to Onshape.Senior Director, Technical Services, EMEAI0
