OnShape issues with Linear Pattern one of the pattern objects disappears after completing the sketch

1. I have a linear pattern and it's disappearing one of the elements in the pattern for some reason when I click the green check! Screenshot below. What is causing this?

Edit Extrude 4 and add the missing sketch region.Senior Director, Technical Services, EMEA0

Ahhhh thanks, that was confusing!
Note for other people having a simulair problem. In my case I thought the first shape was removed, but the sketch was set to not visible so I had to click the eye icon.
