Onshape documents are now showing as 'View Only'

Hi, I've been using Onshape for about a year now and everything I have created up till now is showing as 'view only' how can I fix this. I'm just a hobbyist wanting to use the free version. When I go to the upgrade subscription option, it is only showing 'Standard' 'Professional' and 'Enterprise' plans.

    Were you using the education version and therefore had private docs? Free plan is public only so go to the share dialog and make the docs public and then you’ll be able to edit them again.

    Yes, im using the education version. Is there a way to renew the education version to keep the docs private and continue to be able to edit them?

    Hi Simon, you have to prove that you are a student and not just a hobbyist. You should have received an email a week ago to inform you that it is expiring https://cad.onshape.com/help/Content/manage_edu_account.htm#Renewing

    Hi, thanks for your response. I didn't receive an email. Is there anyway I can request another one to be sent?
