Error during Fillet a triangle

Hi,
currently I am trying to round the edges of a triangle with the "Fillet" function, but I get always the error: "Edges must form single chain per part". What does it mean and how can I solve it? The triangle is created in Inkscape and then exported as dxf to import it. Strangely, there is one edge that can be rounded, the others not.
Only the outline should be rounded. The heart and the circle in the middle not.

Does anyone have a solution for my problem?
