Is Extrude only linear?

Not sure my question makes sense. What I'm trying to do is extrude, but not in a linear, block-like way, but angularly, like a valley or a mountain, which will result in 2 planes of extrusion instead of 3. Can Onshape do that?

Are you trying to make a thickened letter V or a sheet body? if a sheet body, then draw a non closed sketch, select extrude, select Surface, then select the sketch edges you want to extrude.

Maybe you’re trying to extrude WITH DRAFT ??

Sweep is probably what you’re looking for but can’t visualise what you are trying to do.
