Hi, I designed a relatively simple model with a 130mm shaft. I used a script to add knurling to that shaft but it never finishes applying. When I try open open the model I get a please wait icon for several minutes and then an error "Onshape encountered a problem with your last operation. If the problem persists, please contact support. Support code 78911da8eaff11246c13a80a."
Is this something that can be salvaged or have I lost it?

Even then, be careful you don't create a feature so heavy that it gets the servers into an eternal spin. A better workflow for this kind of operation is to create the shaft 10mm long, knurl it, then pattern the part 13 times. https://www.onshape.com/en/resource-center/tech-tips/tech-tip-how-to-create-faster-patterns-in-onshape
