Folder in Mate Features

For organisation reasons it would be very nice to be able to add folders inside the Mate Features list inside of an Assembly

Is there any way to do this currently ?

of not, are there any plans to add this functionality ?

Select the mates that you want to add to a folder, then click the  +📁   icon near the top of the side panel. You can also right click the selection of mates and select "Add selection to folder". 





If this button is not showing up, make sure your document has been updated to the latest version. If you declined the update but decided you still want the update for that document after all, follow Neil's approrach:

You are correct - the document has not been upgraded, probably due to the fact that it has not been opened for a long time. You should contact support to have them upgrade it for you, or you can try this hack yourself:

• Create a branch from "Start"
• The branch will ask to update - let it do so, then reload the doc
• Go to main, then merge the branch into main with "keep main" as the default action
• Main will ask to update - let it do so, then reload the doc
• Delete the branch
