assembly degrees of freedom

Hello,
found this older post with no conclusive answer.
assembly degrees of freedom — Onshape
I have a lot of (quite complex) assemblies with mates relative to a (virtual) origin point and the position of parts is depending of the mates of several other parts (mimicking the actual degrees of freedom in the real assembly) In the end everything should be fully constrained (but only by adding the last constrain this is achieved)
So, It would be very handy to see the degrees of freedom left to solve in the assembly...
If not, would this make an interesting feature request?
