Hi, I am brand new to onshape and CAD.
Could some please help to teach me how i would revolve the yellow face in this picture so that it finishes at the sketched circle?

You need an axis (or mate connector) perpendicular to the yellow face.Senior Director, Technical Services, EMEAI1 -

This is one way to do it, as Neil says you need a axis of rotation and a mate connector is probably the best way
