How to fix this fillet?

Hello i'm new to CAD modeling can anyone help get this fixes thanks in advance and if you guys need anymore screens just ask

    What's wrong with it? The side faces are different angles so the tangency lines will not line up. If you put some fillets on the sharp edges going over the top first, then the fillet will flow better. You could also use a constant width fillet if it bothers you that much!
