How can I get Face Blend?

3dsurfr3dsurfr Member Posts: 6
I have a PartStudio that I started by cloning an old public one and it doesn't have Face Blend. I can see the feature in new part studios I create but not in this one. Is there a trick to get it to update? (I'm a new user on a free acct for now.)

@NeilCooke has the best approach for updating old documents, copies of old documents, or if you missed / declined the update but you now want to update the document for the latest functionality. See Neil's approach from another post:

The document has not been upgraded, probably due to the fact that it has not been opened for a long time. You should contact support to have them upgrade it for you, or you can try this hack yourself:
    • Create a branch from "Start"
    • The branch will ask to update - let it do so, then reload the doc
    • Go to main, then merge the branch into main with "keep main" as the default action
    • Main will ask to update - let it do so, then reload the doc
    • Delete the branch
