Insert a part into assembly form 'Public Documents' and can't give it a name in the BOM

I have a simple project, and wanted to insert some Pocket Screws I found in Public Documents, but I can't give them a name in the BOM?

Here is the project...

    You need write access. Therefore if you want to change a description, you'll need to make a copy of the document first.
