Sweep/Loft General Question

Hello,
I'm attempting to create a small air manifold, and create 6 holes that merge into one.
I'll continue to search and experiment but would love to see the different ways to achieve this.

You might get "cleaner" results if the bottom corners were concentric with the corner holes like this:
eric_pesty thanks for an additional solution. I haven't thought fully about what is req'd or would work for my application. The manifold is bringing in (6) 1/4" diameter air lines supplying ecig vapor. They funnel down to one, and ultimately for use in MRI for human participants. This is going to be iterative and maybe I can save material and use your second solution.
Appreciate the knowledge! Thanks!!
