Onshape not connected frequent message.

While working in OnShape in chrome browser ,I am facing frequent message as below
"On Shape is not connected.Your document is saved.Refresh the browser to continue working on this document or Return to the Documents page".


I am not sure which end the problem is ? Does any one else facing the similar issue?
I have 8mpbs line .

    Try to install net connection monitor and let it run in the back. Onshape is pretty sensitive for even shortest cuts..

    i am too facing the same problem..it is showing Onshape is not connected .your document is saved.Refresh your browser
