Snapping to customizable grid increments in a Sketch - is this possible?

I'm trying to streamline the workflow for designing objects to be 3D printed by limiting or snapping to customized grid increments that correspond to the maximum resolution that is possible with a given 3D printer nozzle. Most people who do FDM printing use 0.4 mm nozzles and it would be nice to snap automatically to 0.4 mm increments (or whatever your nozzle size is) when sketching in onshape. That way, the slicer lines match perfectly with the original model, avoiding little unconformities that could potential cause parts not to fit properly because of the slicer rounding-up or down arbitrarily. Maybe it's there, I just can't seem to find it. I'd be surprised if this functionality doesn't exist!
