Tilt on extrusion

Hi,
I'm having a problem trying to make some sort of tilted extrusion for a helix. If you have access to my files it's the file called Bogeria HC.
I found a topic about the same issue where they seem to resolve it but the link is corrupt:

@sergi_santos, doing a smooth surface is relatively straight forward which would involve sweeping a blade profile sketch along a helix. Adding the wavy texture will be a few more steps.
This should get you started in the right direction with the wavy and tapered blades. Note that this doesn't cover the reverse waves between the waves; which is possible, but would quite a few more sketches, sweeps, and patterns.

you can see a snapshot of the file I'm making, I can just extrude it vertically or let's say at a 90º angle:
I would like to make an extrusion tilted at an "x" angle.
Here you can see another similar project that I found on the internet where you can see the kind of extrusion that I'm looking for:
If you also know how these wavy walls were made that would be nice to learn too.
