no thumbnails after import

Hi, I'm trying to import a single part studio from a .step file (or by translating a tab with an Assembly studio to a single part studio), but after the translation completes successfully I can't get any of the thumbnails from this single part studio, though I can get a link for each part and size in the api response (f.e. get parts with thumbnails). It just returns a 404 with this message
