Can someone help me solve a problem with a circular pattern?

I have created a circular pattern which numbers the segments of an open woodturning segmenting plate. The numbers are good up to 9 and then it appears to lose the first or last digit of numbers 10 or greater. I've run out of ideas.

@donald_lewis310, it looks like when the text become double digits, the transform doesn't know which parts to use. There is a custom feature called Composite Selected by @monroe_weber_shirk that will fix this issue by compositing all part created by a feature:
