Hi!
For every new drawing i had to set the units from inch to mm! How can i save my unit-settings?

andrew_troup Member, Mentor Posts: 1,584 ✭✭✭✭✭1) Look up "Help", under "Templates". If you don't want to use a custom template, you can choose the Onshape-provided templates, making sure to choose "ISO", which has the units in mm

With 'file' I assume you refer to your drawing. Export can be done from RMB menu on drawing tab.
You can also export sketch to dxf with RMB on feature list:
