Tube

Has anyone developed a feature that allows you to easily sweep a circle of x-diameter around a curve to create a tube.  I can obviously use the sweep tool, but trying to cut out the effort of creating the original sketch.  NX had this function and it was great.  It was called 'Tube'!

    What about the frame tools? They can do rods and tubes, round or rectangular, along a set of sketch lines.
