I can not get Onshape to connect

I have signed up and logged in every time I try to start a model. Says onshape is not connected.

    Sorry you are having problems. My suspicion is that you are behind a firewall that is preventing your client from creating a web socket connection. Are you at a company or school with strict firewall rules?

    Please open a support ticket and we can take a look at the logs on the server side for you.
