How do I set the default value of an annotation.

I want the value of "Diameter" to be changeable but start at 8 mm instead of the default 25mm.

Found my answer, this document had a good example in it.

^ that link will not work because it is from an Enterprise account. For anybody else wanting this info, please look at some examples in other custom features or the std library.
