How to create a cylindrical shape as a wedge

Hi, I am trying to make a round wedge.  Just a 76mm cylinder with a 12.3 degree slope on one of the flat sides.  I can’t figure it out.   Help us much appreciated.

I think you could just make a 76mm cylinder then extrude a cut with a 12.3 degree slope.  I used the Use tool to grab the edges of the cylinder in my second sketch.
