Mouse icon glued to cursor

Hi all, 
I'm sorry for this question. It's probably some feature, but I'm unable to identify how to switch it off. So suddenly, it was during a circular pattern in the sketch. I had poor connectivity and maybe pressed some keyboard shortcut, anyway the issue is, that since that time I have on the drawing board cursor with small mouse icon (like in process of circular pattern) with left green button. It's even if I am not in the sketch mode. Just anytime. Only when I move the cursor over the menu or feature list, than the mouse disappeared and only the arrow is presented.

Does anybody can help me how to switch it off, please?

    Try Shift + F5 to clear the cache
