Extruting from two sketch shapes that touch each other in a single point.

Im making ventilation in a back plate for some 3d printed casing. Instead of having just boring circular holes I went creative.

I found a sketch pattern that I liked but cant get my head around why I cant extrude when the areas that I select for extruding touch each other in a point.

I have tried to make the most simple version of the problem here: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/c2f452a72eb640059ca141a2/w/ebc862d2206b456984bfa9f4

At the demo you see two eyes/holes that are not touching. In the sketch there is a 3rd eye/hole in the middle, but If I select that to be part of the selection of "Extrude holes" then no material gets removed.

Any inputs?

we could not extrude the sketch shape what you described, because there is a intersection point between two holes,so when extrude them , could not deal with these intersection points
